She’s an artist. That’s not a title, it’s just who she is. She studied art, ran her own art business, and spent years in the wedding industry, where she developed an eye for design and architectural style you can’t teach.

She also worked as a nurse at Lakeland Regional, caring for people on their hardest days. Both chapters taught her the same thing. Listen to people, and sweat the details that matter.

Now she pours all of it into our homes. Courtney designs every home we build, from the big architectural moves down to the small touches you can’t quite name but you feel the moment you walk through the front door.

Barrett was born and raised in Bartow and Lakeland. He graduated from Summerlin Military Academy, commissioned as a U.S. Army Infantry Officer through Marion Military Institute, and came home to the industry he grew up around.

He’s a second generation construction professional and Florida licensed general contractor who has spent his career leading high stakes commercial projects across the Southeast, from airports to retail developments and everything in between. The kind of work where budgets are audited, schedules are contractual, and your word is everything.
